On April 18, 2012, Vice Premier Wang Qishan had a phone conversation with British Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborn. Wang listened to the policy considerations of the United Kingdom concerning the upcoming IMF and World Bank spring meetings, the meetings of G20 finance ministers and central bank governors, the IMF quota reform and the replenishment to IMF. Wang also expounded China's positions on these issues.
